***Congratulations to our Team Park Champions! Two of our athletes, VIRGIL KOVACS and MAC MOORE became National Champions in the USAT Junior Olympics in San Jose, CA the week of 27 June 2011. Troy Decker is Silver medalist and Danielle Scalione is a Bronze medalist!***

*Team Park Continues to Perform
Team Park, has begun the 2011-2012 season and is primed to continue to show that it is a top performer in the Nation. During last season’s culminating event, the USA Taekwondo Junior Olympics and Senior Nationals, two of our athletes became National Champions Go to our Team Park website to learn more about the team.

Team Park is now a Nonprofit Corporation. The team is happy to have tax-exempt status, which will give the team a great advantage in supporting the athletes as they continue to go for the Gold! beta

Park’s Taekwondo Academy has served Tidewater for more than 30 years. It was established in 1977 by Grand Master Chan Hak Park.
We have the most experienced martial arts instructors in Hampton Roads. Grand Master Park has taught the traditional Korean martial art of taekwondo to thousands of students since he opened Park’s Taekwondo Academy. His son, Master Charles Park has taught Taekwondo at Park's since 1990.
* We offer classes for all ages, from pee wee (age 3) to seniors!!
* Taekwondo training disciplines the mind, body, and spirit.
* We are Affiliated with the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) and
USA Taekwondo.
